Mittal House is envisioned as a contemporary private residence that balances openness with privacy through a refined architectural language. The design is defined by a striking interplay of materials—smooth stone surfaces, warm wood cladding, and expansive glass volumes—creating a composition that is both elegant and inviting.
A key feature of the façade is the intricately patterned metal screen, which acts as a modern reinterpretation of a traditional jaali. This element filters light, provides privacy, and casts dynamic shadows within the double-height glazed living space, enriching the spatial experience throughout the day.
The transparent corner opens the interior to the landscape, seamlessly connecting indoor living areas with the surrounding water feature and garden. Clean lines, cantilevered volumes, and carefully framed views contribute to a sense of lightness and continuity.
Designed as a bespoke home, Mittal House reflects a harmonious blend of contemporary design, cultural sensitivity, and climatic responsiveness—offering a serene and sophisticated living environment.
